While I was taking 5 whole minutes to walk around my yard taking amazing photos...

Hitting The Waves

The Beach
Our very first morning didn't look so good "beach wise". We headed to the beach with hoodies over our suits ~ yep ~ it was that cold and that windy, but we didn't drive 41/2 hours to sit at the campground so off to the beach we went :)

It didn't seem to matter that it was cloudy and cold, the kids were brave enough to stick their feet in the water .....

or at least get close .....

being brave enough to not even notice the freezing water .....

Guess where the parents of these brave children were ????

Yep ...huddled in their beach chairs wearing hoodies over their swimsuits .....

but we were warm .... and dry :)

The next day was much nicer ... there was sun and there was heat :) Two pluses for beach days !

That's about as far as Cooper got in the water the whole time ....

because the force of this wave made him to stick to the sand for the rest of our beach time :)
